I choose to increase my
own immunity by taking
Life 5 (a high potency PRO-biotic) daily for my colon support.
After all, every teacher I have studied with in the wellness field says, that all disease
begins in the colon. If this is indeed true, then why not support my colon with a rich
cocktail of acidophilus on a daily basis.
Products that I take to increase my personal immunity are:
ImmuPro chewable tabs (great for
children and those who have difficulty swallowing).
All the products with the word "Immu"
in it will enhance your immune system.
Esssential oils that we use: RC and
Raven for my chest rub and to create a great shower infusion of
Eucalyptus.
Your sinuses will be very happy if you sprinkle several drops in the corner of your shower
and run the hot water a few minutes before you step inside and breathe in the vapors.
I sometimes wear
a dust mask saturated with RC to bed to give my lungs a fragrant bath
all night long. Sometimes when my ears bother me, I rub them with
Melrose, a natural analgesic.
A drop of Thieves on my tongue,
rubbed on my neck and chest - or to use in water as a gargle
is very effective for my throat.
If you haven’t tried the NEW Thieves spray, this convenient purse size spray is very effective
as a pathogen fighter. Keep in mind that most cold/flu viruses are in your nose, throat and/or
mouth before manifesting on a large scale, so get aggressive with your remedies.
According to Rev. Hanna Kroeger, you can take 1,000 mgs. of
Vitamin C hourly at the first sign
of illness and a cocktail of Echinacea/Goldenseal to stimulate the immune response along with
the ACE’S ( Vitamin A,C,E and Zinc) when the immune system is comprised.
